You are eligible for the NDIS if you:

Have a disability that affects the way you take 

part in everyday life are aged between 0 and 

Australian Citizen, resident or permanent visa 

You are eligible for My aged Care

If you are 65 years old, or older, you will not be able 

to use the NDIS. Instead, you will receive support 

through the Commonwealth aged care system.

for home care.  You will receive a copy of the 

Quality of Care

meet your needs.  We meet the Australian

Standards (HSQS).  We strive to continually
