About the staff and special programs
The centre staff are experienced and hold many qualifications in  Aged Care. Activities consist of a range of social, intellectual,  and physical programs. These provide leisure and interest  which are planned for both the individual and small client  groups. The Centre initiates diverse and creative therapy  programs promoting and enhancing lifestyle. Domestic Assistance We can help you at home with tasks such as general cleaning,  washing clothes, ironing and shopping. Flexible Respite   This is the assistance that you receive from trained respite  workers.  The workers care for you at home or our Centre,  allowing Carers time for themselves. The daily program is  flexible and is client needs focused. Minor Home Maintenance   We can help you with the general repair and care of your home,  e.g. changing light bulbs. Garden maintenance etc.  Meals Our Centre provides a nutritious lunch and morning tea each day. Our Services Group Social Support (Centre-Based Day Care)  You can come to our Centre and meet other people and join in  activities that we offer.  These may include:  Swimming Bingo Darts Pool Table Cards Coits Lawn Bowels Social outings e.g. Picnics, BBQ fishing etc.  Entertainment Social outings  The centre operates from Monday to Friday.  Each day group  gets one day out a fortnight to a special venue. It may be a  picnic, a visit to a Club for a  meal, or it may be specific  interests of clients.  Services Hairdresser visit once a month Podiatry care available  Clients love a beauty day with foot spas and   manicures. The centre also has some in home respite and holiday  programs. Transport to the Centre   The Centre bus will pick clients up in the morning and take them  home in the afternoon.  The Bus has carers on board with a  special ramp for those who are unable to manage the steps.  There are also wheelchair positions for people who need to  remain in their chair whilst on the bus.   Cost To enable us to provide the best service that we can for all persons who use the respite service, patrons are expected to contribute a small fee towards the cost of their meal and bus trips.

You may contact My Aged Care or NDIS.  These agencies will place you on their portals.  We can then get your details and take if from there. When will I receive a home care Service? Times of service will be discussed with you to best suit your needs.  We will strive to meet your expectations and needs.  Sometimes our service times may vary determined by staff availability. Will I have to Pay? A contribution for our services will be discussed at the time of our assessment.
